About Us

Founded by sisters Tracy and Dawn, behavior & emotion emerged from their combined professional and personal experience. After decades of working with teens and raising their own teenagers, they developed a clear communication model that helps parents connect with their teens in a way that feels safe to the teen's nervous system- reducing conflict and strengthening connection during the most critical years.
