We didn’t set out to build a new way of understanding behavior.

Before behavior & emotion was a program, a curriculum, or a message — it was a personal mission. A search for answers. A journey through confusion, pain, pattern-breaking, and ultimately… transformation.
Our work didn’t start in a classroom or a textbook.
It started in real life — with real struggles, real patterns, and real consequences.

Tracy Robinson

  • Cofounder
  • Behavior Consultant
  • Nervous System and Subconcious Expert

Tracy holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, where she focused her studies on the subconscious, emotional development, and the nervous system’s role in behavior.

But her expertise didn’t come only from academic study — it came from experience.

Her passion for understanding behavior began because she needed to understand her own.

There was a time when Tracy found herself repeating destructive patterns — reacting in ways she didn’t understand, sabotaging her own peace, and watching her life move in a direction she didn’t want. She knew something deeper had to be driving her behavior, something she couldn’t yet see.

That curiosity and desperation became her lifelong calling.

As part of her research, Tracy applied her methods inside correctional settings, working with some of the most complex behavioral and emotional patterns humans can experience.

She learned something powerful:

When you understand the subconscious and nervous system,
behavior makes sense — and people transform.

She saw breakthroughs in places where hope often seemed impossible… and she knew she was onto something bigger.

From prisons → to adults → to teens → to children

Tracy began using the same methods with families, schools, neurotypical and neurodivergent individuals, teens, parents, and everyday adults who felt stuck in emotional cycles.

The results were consistent.
The transformations were undeniable. The patterns were predictable.

She had discovered a new way to understand — and heal — behavior.

Dawn Wesolowski

  • Cofounder
  • Teacher
  • Curriculum Expert

Every groundbreaking idea needs someone who can teach it.

Dawn is a veteran teacher with over 20 years of experience and a masterful ability to take complex information and translate it into something people can understand, feel, and apply.

She spent her entire career studying:

  • how people learn

  • what keeps them engaged

  • How to reach and support learners with a wide variety of needs and learning styles.

  • strategies for simplifying complex and abstract information into digestible, learner-friendly lessons

When Dawn hit her own rock bottom — overwhelmed by years of emotional strain, burnout, and breaking points — Tracy used her developing method to help her heal.

For Dawn, everything finally made sense: her reactions, her emotional spirals, her patterns, her triggers…
all rooted in the subconscious beliefs she didn’t even know she had.

When she healed, she did what she does best:

She turned Tracy’s research into a curriculum.

  • A curriculum that anyone — parent, adult, teen, partner, teacher — could understand.
  • A curriculum that takes something invisible (the subconscious) and makes it simple, practical, and life-altering.

Together, Tracy and Dawn did what neither could do alone:

  • Tracy had the science, research, and behavioral expertise.

  • Dawn had the teaching brilliance and ability to turn complexity into clarity.

And that’s how Behavior & Emotion was born.
