We help families break free from cycles of conflict and frustration by uncovering the root of challenging behaviors and addressing them where they begin—in the nervous system and subconscious. Our approach empowers parents to create calm, safety, and connection in their homes, so children and parents can grow together in resilience, trust, and lasting relationships.
Meet Tracy Robinson
Tracy is a behavior expert with a graduate degree from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She has been studying human behavior for decades, beginning her research in the criminal justice system. There, she discovered clinical methods that allowed her to work backwards, studying behavior to identify why it started in the first place.
Once she uncovered the root cause of behavior, she developed a method to retrain the nervous system to respond differently and then rewire the pattern so the behavior stops. These breakthroughs became the foundation of the system we teach today.
Meet Dawn Wesolowski
Dawn took Tracy’s proven methods and transformed them into a clear, step-by-step format for parents. With over 20 years of experience as a high school teacher and curriculum designer, Dawn knows how to take complex ideas and make them practical and easy to apply at home. Together, we’ve created a program that empowers parents to use Tracy’s methods in their own families.

Meet The Team

Tracy Robinson
Cofounder
Tracy is a leading behavior expert, a mom of two adult daughters, and a lifelong student of human behavior. She holds a BS in Criminal Justice from Indiana University, an MA in Forensic Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, and an MA in Jurisprudence from The Santa Barbara Colleges of Law.
Through decades of research and practice, she developed a proven method that goes beyond behavior management: once the “why” is identified, she teaches parents how to retrain the nervous system and subconscious to respond differently, and then rewire those patterns so the old behaviors stop for good.
Today, Tracy is dedicated to equipping parents with these breakthrough tools—helping families reduce frustration, create calm, and build lasting, healthy connections.

Dawn Wesolowski
Cofounder
Dawn is a mom of two teenage daughters, she holds a BS in Biology and an MA in Curriculum and Instruction from Indiana University. She has spent nearly 20 years as a high school science teacher, where she has fine-tuned the skill of taking difficult concepts and breaking them down so they are accessible to every learner.
Dawn took Tracy’s advanced methods—rooted in psychology and neuroscience—and transformed them into a comprehensive online course and 150-page workbook. The course delivers the science through step-by-step video lessons, while the workbook provides clear instructions, journaling exercises, and practical tools. Together, they make a system that is thorough enough to capture the depth of the science, but simple enough for any parent—without a psychology background—to understand and use at home.
